"Property has bedbugs i told them i was not taking my room i would Check to see if they did a full pest control shut down the building. Owner said to my niece they never had bedbugs And another person told me they had them 2 years before."

"Nonsmoking roomed was disgusting. Smelled like an ashtray. They tried to downgrade our room and charge us more. When I said just refund my money he tried to put us in a room that had been painted the day before and reeked of paint. I called Expedia and they got my money back."
