No es que tengan desayuno incluido propiamente, es un cupón por 10 dlls por persona al día para canjearlo en la cafetería. "Ottima posizione. Ottima pulizia. Ottimi servizi. I mobili un po’ datati e consumanti dall’utilizzo. L’unica difficoltà è stata prendere l’ascensore dalle 8,30 circa alle 9,30 circa. Per uscire in orario dovevo scendere 14 piani a piedi… cosa poco piacevole. Comunque in definitiva ci ritornerei ma chiederei l’assegnazione di una camera che sia al massimo al terzo piano."

"Check-in was a nightmare. After sightseeing in the city all day, we arrived at the hotel at 5 PM and we our room was not ready yet. In fact, our room was not ready until almost 8 PM that night. And we received no explanation or any sort of compensation for the inconvenience from the hotel."

"This was the perfect stay. It was a very convenient location—near Times Square, but with just enough distance so that it wasn’t noisy. In fact, it was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at in NYC. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice! The only complaint was that there is no ice machine, but you could get ice by going to the bar."

"Location was great. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated. They were very clean and suited our needs. I will say that the room is much smaller than the photos make it seem. Not really a huge issue considering it’s NYC, but it’s worth mentioning.
