"We really enjoyed our stay, great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing is we got a queen atrium view room but there was not any view except an emergency door across from our window. The room was pretty dark so if we stay there again I would ask for a window that looks outside. "

I could not sleep as there was non-stop construction works right next to hotel and my windows were looking right there. I understand that things can happen outside, but hotel needs to invest in sound proof windows…"

"Funky hotel, nice design. Coffee in lobby isn’t good. There can be a wait for bathrooms. My lights were flickering, the bed lamp didnt work. Hair dryer turned off every 5 seconds. For a hotel room with no bathroom I thought this was expensive but it was marathon weekend and I needed to be close to the Acela (it’s a few blocks to Back Bay Station)."

"The front desk DAY shift was second to none. Helpful, informative and great personalities. One microwave on the third floor one ice machine on the third floor. No coffee until 7:00 during work days, coffee machine that you pay for broken. The elevator broken the entire week. Rooms ok but dated. Bed was worn out. If not for the front desk day personnel I’d rate this a poor hotel not worth the money."

"This was our second stay at the Dagny! We love the location as it's close to everything. The beds are fabulous, th rooms are a good size and comfortable for a working couple. The staff is always pleasant. We will definitely be making this property one of our staples for Boston. "

"Got to room, no towels, no waters, no sheets on bed after a 5 hour flight from the west coast. Clearly this room was not cleaned or prepared for me. I would expect a refund for night 1 at the minimum. "
