"I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"

"Rooms were very clean and Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Staff would go out of their way to assist you. I asked for a late checkout, but it was not available, however, they will hold your baggage in a secure area until you're ready to leave.
I brought a suit, but there was no iron available, only a steamer in the room. I did not ask if an iron was available and had to learn crash course style how to use a steamer. It's possible they have them and I just did not think to ask....

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend in one of their suites, and overall I did have a good experience. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout my stay. One of the biggest positives was the staff — everyone I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They did their best to make guests feel welcomed, and that level of customer service definitely stood out.
