When I proceeded to go to my room the hotel started to have this mildew smell and it was getting stronger. As I entered my room it was really bad. Bathroom ceiling had mildew mold. Seems like they just paint over the mold. No soap. We had to take the bottle to get it refilled. I asked hotel for a refund...

"The property pictures show ocean views yet I was told that the King rooms do not have ocean views after I booked 3 nights with a balcony. Jen I walked into a room that looked like someone was still in it. The bed was not made, trash and towels dirty on the floor. I was then placed in an ADA room with a view of the condos next door and street light that shined directly into my room. There was no hot water, I took lukewarm showers. The room floor felt dirty and I found trash from the last occupant...
