"This place was one of the worst properties we visited while in England. Lets start with the rooms, the AC didnt work and the shower leaked all over the floor and ruined our luggage. You could tell this is an on going issue because the base boards were all swollen up and in bad shape. No wash clothes in the room either. The lifts are dangerous, the lift starts moving before the door is closed. We had to pay an additional 15 pounds for breakfast per person. Our dinner at the restaurant was also...
