"Room was not ready when arrived. The manager at time was parked in front of hotel and in car.Finally got into room, was not room we paid ahead for. Was not the walk-in shower, did have grab bars and lower tub. Husband called and was told was not what reserved. He was told was not what reserved and they did not have one, as they were fully booked. Next morning, main manager, tried to fix, but we jad already unpacked and were leaving for a tour. Room itself was another story. Went in the black...

"I very much enjoyed my stay and wish it were longer. Never a dull moment and always entertained with activities. Apart from rush hour traffic and long lines to get into the elevator this location was an excellent choice."

"Rooms were really nice, pool has an adults only timeframe each day, elevators were quick, plenty of options in the food court for food besides the buffets. Parking permits were confusing & security couldn’t tell you anything about it. I didn’t see any information area to answer questions except for the check in desk which meant you had to get back in the check in line & wait your turn."

"Property was ok, staff were horrible. Bathroom in room should be updated and clean correctly. Front desk was called a couple times and no answer. All restaurants closed very early, I’m guessing due to my stay being during the weekdays, but still 10 pm is way to early to have all restaurants close. Young kids unattended at the pool when it’s was said 18 and under should have an adult with them. Rules weren’t enforced at all. I won’t stay here again."
