"Liked the room layout, except for the nasty stain on the wall. Quiet, spacious.
Dirty hallways and stairwells,
Staff seemed to make it a point to disregard requests for housekeeping services despite repeated requests over a 5 night stay."

"The staff that checked us in, the breakfast attendant and check out staff were all wonderful. The room was not clean. My mom found trash under the bed, there was a roach in the bathroom and hair was on the floor and in the shower. You can tell that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. It had a slight odor, but it wasn’t unbearable. I think they compensated us for the dissatisfaction. The breakfast was great as well!"

"The room was clean, but very outdated. Breakfast was average. Toilet in the room was not bolted down, and rocked back and forth when you sat on it. Beds were hard.
For a one night stay, it was sufficient"
