Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a family emergency and the hotel was kind enough to extend our check out time by an extra hour so we wouldn’t have to rush and stress to check out on time. Will definitely book here again ...

Old Orchard Beach Inn
We stayed in a suite and it was old and dingy. It felt and smelled like a neglected grandma's house. The carpet was stained, the furniture was old, and the wallpaper was peeling. Beds had old springy mattresses. The utensils in the drawer were all very dirty. There was a sponge but no dish detergent ...
