"Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel. The pillows were very flat so not as comfortable as we have preferred and we had some issues with the television but got it working. Nice, friendly staff. Very spacious room. No shelving in the shower for toiletries which was a little odd so if you bring your own stuff you had to set it on the floor."

"The ac in the room i had didnt work. Would not get cooler than 77, it was sixty outside i would have rather opened a window. When i asked the front desk about maintenance or switching rooms they said you should have asked earlier. I had only been in the room for three hours at that point. I will stay on exit 54 next time and pay a little more for a room."

"They told me my reservation was no good and would not refund my money because they was already booked in full and had no rooms left. I did not stay due to this. He was very rude when he was telling me they did not have room for people like me."

"They dont have do not disturb plaques, they came into my room emptied garbages, refreshed towels but never changed the sheets on the beds. I cleaned the floors and tub myself as they had spots and were sticky. You cant hook up anything to the tv so if you travel with gamers dont bother, no systems can be hooked up."

"I was first struck by the sign stating the hotel was renovated which could be far from the truth, infact the room floor looks like it was coming up , the refrigerator wasn't getting cold at all and dirty inside, the bathroom tub was disgusting it had paint everywhere on the inside and the sink didn't have a stopper in it so this was my first and last time staying there I'm sorry it was a terrible experience"
