Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. "The property was nice, but Travelocity states that they are pet friendly and that is not accurate, I made the mistake of showing up with my dog, without contacting them in advance (something that I have done many times at hotels that advertise as pet friendly and it has never been a problem) and the room I was in was not a dog room. I apologised and offered to pay a cleaning fee, but the gentleman I was speaking with declined. However, the older man behind him, mumbled many rude comments in...

"Lejlighederne på An den Lindenbäumen er ringe standard. Der var ikke 5 senge + sengetøj som bestilt, så en måtte sove på sofaen. Lyset virkede ikke i alle rum. Der manglede bestik til alle i køkkenet og endelig stank der fælt i opgangen. Man skal gå igennem toilet/bad for at komme til det ene værelse. Mærkelig indretning. Vi klagede og fik en anden lejlighed i byen som var fin. Men den første kan man ikke tillade sig at leje ud. "
