The inside of my room was also nice with relatively new and quality fixtures. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Lots of clean and quality options. Most importantly the staff was super helpful with everything. "This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. "This stopover was part of our European road trip, so stayed at 5 other hotels along the way. Room & shower facilities were nice and we managed to watch England play on the TV where other hotels did not have British channels. The only disappointing factor was that our room overlooked the staff car parking, the bins and smokers which wasn't very pleasant. Informed reception who accepted our feedback and would make improvements. Other than this, lovely hotel/restaurant."

"Everything amazing! Besides having to walk 20min from the gondola to get there (downhill so easy walk). The place is definitely worth the walk. Best view, best food, relaxed and courteous hospitality. The hotel was not fully booked so they let us leave at 6pm, at no cost! Disclosure: the walk is not necessary if you get there at 8am or 5pm. During open slopes is not possible. "

"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. "We were upgraded to the la vetta hotel, which isnowned by same man. It was a beautiful hotel, had a lovely bar, staff were very good spoke English nothing was any trouble. Had a cinema and kids club. The hotel had a lovely restaurant food at out time was set menus but will try to accommodate. Breakfast was fablius help yaself continental and also done eggs bacon sausages toast various cakes and meats "
