"Buena ubicación por el precio, queda casi frente al Norte Shopping que tiene buenas opciones para comida y entretenimiento. El desayuno es tipo buffet con muchas buenas opciones, vale la pena! Recomendación: deberían tener una plancha en la habitación ya que ir a un área solo a planchar hace la estadía no favorable porque hay que vestirse dos veces"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it is old. Elevators take a long time. My bathroom kept backing up and leaking. Door would jam shut and I had to be shown by staff the “trick” to get door open. Which implies it’s a known issue they are not looking to fix any time soon. The rooms can be noisy from street traffic through the day and night. Staff was friendly and helpful."

Special shout out to Rodrigo, Questa and the two gentlemen (one of them of African decent) that worked the desk and lobby the evening of August 22nd. They were very kind and super helpful as well. Thanks everyone for making this an amazing vacation."

"Everything considered, it was a very very good place to stay for 3 nights. My only small complaint is that the place is kind of in the middle of nowhere, and outside of the hotel itself, there is little or nothing to do."

"It's a great hotel for the location. Near Cinelandia and Lapa, short ride to several businesses, consulates and Santos Dumont airport. Perfect view of the Sugar Loaf mountain from the rooftop by the pool. Staff was attentive and helped with what they could. However during my stay, the boiler broke down and there was no hot water for several hours into the night, so no hot shower that day. I also was shocked they didn't have a proper business center (with a "business " name and everything). TV only had local channels and awful signal, so couldn't even check/watch some of the World Cup. Wifi was a hit or miss, often only working in the lobby area. 2 elevators and one was under repairs, so 1 elevator for 19 floors, I was using the stairs often. Breakfast was excellent. If they fixed whatever wasn't working during my stay, it's a great hotel."
