My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

No geral atendeu as necessidades basicas de hospedagem com quartos limpos, roupas de cama e banho em boas condições de uso, e equipe demonstrou preocupação em atender as nossas necessidades. Porém o café da manhã é bem simplório, preferível se programar para comer fora, a mobilia do hotel é bem rustica e devido alta temporada os preços estavam muito alto para o padrão de serviço oferecido

Pior lugar que já me hospedei, uma confusão para fazer o check in, nos colocaram em um quarto de Quina no qual o banheiro não dava para entrar no box tendo aproximadamente um palmo de porta para o box e não tendo não sendo viável entrar como faria uma estadia de 2 dias sem tomar banho com muito sacrifício nos trocaram de quarto, porém a acomodação péssima limpeza péssima banheiro vazando sempre muito molhado com cheiro de barata forte não recomendo para ninguém

Péssima qualidade na acomodação, abafado, banheiro extremamente pequeno, não dá para virar dentro do box e sem ventilação. No quarto, o Ar condicionado fica na altura da cama, o que te impossibilita de dormir com ele ligado, porém não dá pra ficar desligado pq tudo é abafado. A televisão só tem 1 canal, não tem controle e não é smart, então vc não tem opção. O atendimento é bom, dá pra ver que fazem o que podem, mas até pra eles as condições são precárias. Na questão de higiene é péssimo, ficamos 5 dias, não entraram para higienizar nenhum dia, e se não fosse a recepção nos fornecer toalhas novas, nem isso teria acontecido.
