The rest of the time we had to use the service elevator and even it hardly ever worked so we were forced to take the stairs and we were on the 23 floors. Everyone was super rude too. ...

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Excellent and quick check in. Had trouble with the tv and heater. Maintenance guy came right away to fix it. Spilled coffee on the bed and housekeeping came right away and changed the bed. Room was clean and comfy. Will stay here again. Excellent location.
