"Clean, spacious room with balcony. Cold air conditioning. Clean towels. Toiletries are provided. Shower head could use an upgrade though. Checking in and checking out was terrible though. Long queues, but mostly due to issues encountered by some clients with their bookings. Mine went through hassle-free but I had to queue for several minutes."

"The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access...

We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. "I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes."

"Beach is not very wavey safe to swim. After booking the norefundable unit and u arrived in the resort you will be charge 1,400 philippine peso per person or $25 per head . And miscommunication with the code . Instead of apoloziging you will we threathen that they will kick you out and report to the police . What a horrible experience . "

"GREAT customer service and staff was always very open to assist in anyway they could. Wonderful view and quiet. On the downside, although there was free breakfast each day that we stayed, there was a service charge added to each day. This was not mentioned until checking out. Transportation from the resort to Manila, was not available. Instead, we were told that the security guard would take us to the bus stop!!
