"Great space and facilities. Disssapointed with cleanliness considering a 10am checkout and a 5pm check in (dirty skirting boards, toilet surrond not cleaned, coffee stains on kichen wall, dusty towel radiator). Bathrooms could do with a refurbishment. Curtains and lamps in main bedroom in need of replacement and a horrible smell in the porch needs attention. Dried congealed sugar in sugar bowl. Property smelt like wet dog when we arrived. Towels old and need replacing.
