"We came to Suffolk to do some family tree research and Orford was a great place to stay. Although there wasn't dedicated parking, there was always plenty of space in the market square. The village itself is a lovely place to stay, with plenty of places to walk and explore. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and well equipped. "

"I had a fantastic stay at the Knox this week. The place was so cosy, beautifully decorated and all the amenities were easy to find/use. The bed and sofa were extremely comfy and the fish pond is an EXCELLENT bonus!"

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

"Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "Property was not ready for us when we arrived, microwave smelled, and dishwasher doesn’t work and smells really bad needs some urgent attention, grass in garden not cut so kids could not play in it, However when reporting the state of the property I.e beds not made and towels still left in the bath and shower cleaners worked around the clock to get beds sorted and clean towels thank you cleaners you did an amazing job really appreciate your efforts getting the situation resolved, we were still...

"Beautiful property, plenty of space and lots to keep you entertained. The house was very clean and tidy with very comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen wear they only thing we may suggest is some form of cleaning product as it wasnt something we thought of bringing with us. But other than was a great weekend and highly reccomend.
