"the room and common areas were spotless. the views are breathtaking, we had a room overlooking the small vineyard in the back nestled just under loon mountain. the amenities seemed endless, onsite winery, 2 restaurants, full gym, game room, 2 pools and hot tubs, yoga studio, spa, etc.. outstanding. i would have like to had a chance to use the pool, but it was only outdoor and not heated too well, but seemed under construction, so hopeful i can try it next time. "We loved the location of this property. It’s close to dining, shopping and the river to relax by. The room was as pictured, clean and welcoming. No issues with parking or needing a pass. Gas station next door for snacks or items left at home. Has a cute pool area but was too cold for us to use. "

The mini game room with pool tables and the bar is super convenient if youre going with friends and you have ome drinks, you just walk to your room. We had a very nice time. "

This is the second year in a row that I stayed at the Franconia Notch Motel and the reason I returned was because I was so happy with my stay last year. It is conveniently located near many area attractions. I will stay here again when I am in the area."

"Great budget motel at a calm and quiet location. The best thing is its still 5 minutes from the heart of lincoln. The facility is clean, well kept with a privacy quite unmatched! The management always provides quick support which is refreshing. I have been a regular for 3 years, and plan to keep going back. Dont forget to ask for your favourite room ; they always try their best to accomodate request."
