"Overall 4.5/5.
“Clean, kind, and convenient”
Staff was so kind and helpful, especially Kati and Beth. Check in and out was smooth and easy. The front desk also checks in via text after you arrive and settled. The fact that you could text for more pillows or towels etc was super cool.
They allow pets! In fact my dogs were more than welcome. The price couldn’t be beat either. $50 for the weekend stay for both dogs!
The 24hr gym has the typical equipment; treadmill, elliptical, weights etc.
I was able to enjoy the pool for a little bit. It’s quite small compared to other hotels I’ve been to. The pool room itself was also extremely hot and humid (hard for guests to hang out without being in the pool).
However, the pool and room itself were very clean. Im fact we saw a staff member clean around the tables and chairs after guests left to ensure a continued enjoyable environment.
The one thing that could use improvement was breakfast. They had minimal options; cereal, bagels, yogurt, two hot items from the kitchen (average in taste), and a waffle maker. I do think adding a second waffle maker would be a huge win. Both mornings we went to breakfast I didn’t end up getting a waffle because there were many people waiting.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend !"
"We really loved the hotel itself. The room was perfect. It smelled clean as soon as you walked in. Nothing was out of place. Everything was clean. The hallways and elevators were clean and tidy, The continental breakfast was delicious with choices to fit everyone. Our only thing not up to par was the pool water looked all sparkling and clear but when we were floating around and enjoying it we kept having someone's hair sticking to us. It make us feel pretty gross like we were in someone's dirty bathtub water. But other than that we highly recommend."
"Upon check-in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We tried to adjust our rooms but ending up with connecting rooms with the people we were staying with, which worked out great and out rooms were at a great price. The staff was super friendly. The amenities were well worth it. The free breakfast was delicious! Having the restaurant downstairs, especially in the weekend was fantastic after two long days. The restaurant had a variety on their menu and since we ate there two nights in a row, we were able to pick and choose different options and they were also so good. The wait staff at the bar were so friendly and efficient."
"This place was filthy and run down. The hallway walls were scuffed and dirty, the rugs were dingy, the room was disgusting. The bedskirts, rug, walls, and curtains were stained. It smelled like an ashtray covered up with 500-year-old Febreeze. Despite being a no-smoking facility, the area around side doors were covered in cigarette butts. I was afraid to look for bedbugs. There was an air of ennui and depression. If I hadn't been too tired to continue driving I would have asked for a refund and taken off."
