"Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. "

"Absolutely gorgeous B&B - rooms are really lovely and everything is spotlessly clean. Liz is the perfect hostess, I felt very valued and at home here. Thoroughly recommended "

"Overall great stay.
The gym was a bit small and it needed better barbells at tissues to be able to wipe the equipment, however the veiw from it was lovely."

"We stayed at Villa Farm for just one night as we were travelling south and were lucky enough to get the last room. It was perfect for us as we had bought some crab in Whitby and just wanted an evening "at home"- the room at Villa Farm Cottage included a spacious living area and breakfast table and sofa as well as a spacious bedroom and bathroom so it had everything we needed. I think there were pubs and other places to eat in local villages. Petra was very kind and helped us with all our needs....

"Very nice room and very clean. Extremely comfy bed and nice quality linen. Sadly forgot my swimwear as the pool looked great. View from window onto the garden was very pretty at night with all the lights. "

"I wish to mention a member of staff (excuse the spelling) called Leanne.
Her professionalism and customer focus was absolutley outstanding and could not have been both helpful and accommodating. This is why I choose the Ibis for my stays in Hull. Thank you. Room is perfect. "
"Great location and ease of access and help from staff as I’m a blind traveller. Very efficient service at breakfast and everything was freshly prepared. The hotel and facilities were spotless and housekeeping is done daily so fresh towels each day. Spot on place to stay for anyone."
