Not to mention the little things, like ripped couch cushions and bad marks on the walls of the room. For such a nice place, we were disappointed with the rooms."

"Poor Valet Parking Service The valet service was disappointing from the start. We stood there for approximately 15 minutes while the attendant fussed with her phone and water bottle before finally acknowledging us. When she did assist us, she seemed bothered by having to provide us with a valet ticket to park the car. When she asked for the make and model, I gave her the information, but she questioned whether we were sure and then proceeded to argue about it. At that point, I simply said, “Never mind,” and she finally handed us the ticket. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming."
