"We were placed in a disability room, the room and bathroom were clean but there was only one shower curtain when two were needed to cover the exposed areas to stop the spray from getting over toilet etc. The most frustrating thing was that the shower water did not drain into the drain hole but flowed out towards the main part of the bathroom and towards the bedroom door. We put towels etc down to try and stop this, they all got soaked. Work needs to be done on this drainage issue!"

"We had a lovely room with a good sized fridge, stove top, cooking utensils and a king sized bed. We had a lovely continental breakfast every morning (I love the pancake maker!) and the location was central to everything."

"We stayed just before the peak season room had not been cleaned. The exhaust fan above the toilet was full of dust. Hair in the shower. Dirty dishes had been put away and a dirty mark on the bed cover. Out door furniture had not been cleaned. The unit was over all quite dusty including the floor."

"We were there at the beginning of May, 2026. The rooms are large and each has its own private sitting and BBQ area. There isn't a view but it is very convenient. The bathrooms are outdoors which can be hot in the afternoon. Each room comes with a washer/dryer and they provide some laundry soap packets. There is a nice pool. "Great place to stay with clean, spacious rooms and kitchen. Pool area was lovely and small gym was handy for maintaining strength while on a long trip. Conveniently located near Matsos Brewery and bus stop (public bus is free on Sundays and cheap on other days when it’s too hot to walk down to Chinatown or to get to Cable Beach). Easy walk to Town Beach and the main jetty which is a great place to watch the sunrise."

"We are a family of 2 adults 1 child and stayed here in April for a week. Absolutely perfect accommodation with a tropical vibe, immaculate and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment, comfortable beds, extra pillows on request and complimentary tea bags and milk on arrival. The manager was always there mornings and we enjoyed chatting. The pool was the perfect temperature and mostly had it to ourselves I liked how we could swim until 9pm.
