"The place is a bit difficult to find and the parking is a bit tight. We were quite disappointed upon arrival that there was no staff at reception around 5 pm. We had to use the phone on the counter to call the number stated and a staff came out to give us the key. After a few sentences telling us our room location and breakfast time the staff went off behind a closed door. No help was given to manage our luggage up the stairs.
