Staff were great and property was great. Pool was full of screaming children that made it unbearable to be in or relax around. Outdoor pool was only half open and spa closed. You need a car because it is quite isolated. Food at onsite restaurants are expensive

This resort is great for family which has a water park and theme parks, perfectly for the kids. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. my only disappointment is the missing of club lounge for the elite Bonvoy members.

Great hotel but not for light sleepers

This hotel has a lot of amenities such as shopping, theme park and restaurants. Loved the dinner buffet at Sky restaurant (I hope I got the name right). Friendly staff, clean and large room Would have given it a perfect score if not because the room I had was not sound proof. I could hear guests speaking loudly at the corridor, slamming their room doors l, and the corridor smelt of cigarette smoke when it’s a non smoking hotel

Amazing room and space. Clean and good resort style. The free minibar despite attractive as part of oackage, it really is just 2 beers, 1 pepsi, and one pack of chocolate cookies.

Amazing stay at Jeju Shinhwa Marriott

What an amazing stay at the Marriott Shinhwa. You never need to leave. The Marriott is beautiful and the service top notch. The breakfast buffet is great in the morning. The dinner buffet was above the best I’ve ever had. They bring a whole lobster to the table! Our suite was extra large and very comfortable. Very nice bathroom. The pools at the Marriott also amazing. Large and well heated. It was not too crowded while we were there. All this plus the entertainment of shinhwa made this a great stay

This resort was absolutely beautiful, well maintained. Starting from when we started walking in to the hotel someone took our luggage right away to help us. The front desk staff was so friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was bigger than we thought, very clean and it had a great view. If you don’t want to leave your resort this is the place to go, because it has many choices for you to eat, not just the restaurant food if you are on a budget. It has stores (but high end) which it made it feel like you were in a mall so it was pretty neat. It also has water park that they give you a one time free pass but we were not able to use. I would definitely stay there again if I have the chance to go back to Jejù island. Five stars!

I love the the stuff, very helpful. Shopping is great. Kids can be loud, however, they only showed up the last day of our stay. Could try to book people with no kids in a separate floor if possible. We used whole day taxis service with hotel, they are excellent. I also love the theme park.
