"I only had two transactions with the staff in the 5 days I was. Checkin & out. Room was very clean. Comfy bed & pillows. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside, there were many restaurants ajoining it, with loads of people coming & going. But once in the lift to your room it was very quiet. Bang in the centre of the Susukino area. Restaurants & bars just a 50 meter walk away. Susukino is the 'happening' area of Sapporo. "

"Location is everything! In the heart of Sapporo between Odori and Susukino, easy access to food, shops and transportation. Room was clean and spacious. Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new. Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED. Free popsicle/ice cream post onsen. "

"The rooms were spacious, very clean, and staff and service was impeccable! We would stay here again, close to everything but quiet street- the staff at the hotel were so kind and accommodating- all around exceptional service. The bath and spa area was also lovely!"

"Conveniently located near a subway station, but also only about 25 minutes walking from Sapporo station. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. "
