The pool was closed, so it would have been nice to know before we got there. We were able to use the Marriott's pool, but it was a block and a half away. Pool wasw finally fixed on the day we were set to checkout. AC wasn't working 1st nite, but maintenance was quick to fix. Was charged twice for parking/valet, and when I called to get it fixed the phone rang and rang for about 4 minutes each time. Tried 4-5 times to call. Finally got someone and they said they would refund. Still waiting on refund. Other than that, it's in a great location, metro and grocery store & popular restaurants nearby. Neighborhood felt safe. The city traffic was really congested and not much of a parking area out front, though, so valet service is somewhat necessary.

The property was nice and well kept. Had the Hilton app so had key on phone. Room was alright as mirror loomed damaged and carpet wa coming up.

This hotel has a really low water pressure. Please add 20 more minutes to complete your shower if you have a business meeting right after. There is a grocery store right by but there are many homeless by the store. The grocery store has a own security to deter them. The breakfast in this hotel was a mediocre. The coffee was not good. Very convenient location for who needs to travel by using Amtrak at Union Station. Hotel lobby was so small. The two elevators are quite slow . Except the location, this hotel was very mediocre. The room has a microwave but I never used it. It can be useful. I haven't seen a hotel room has own microwave. The staffs were nice.

It was disappointing that the indoor pool was not open which was one of the main reason we chosen the hotel over another one.

The sole reason we booked a room at this hotel was to use the pool. It was closed for “maintenance” reasons, and judging from the state of the rest of the hotel, I’m not surprised. Truly disappointing and exceedingly frustrating.

Overall our stay was great. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. We had a shower issue which was resolved right away. The pool water was cloudy, hot tub water looked a little filmy. Rooms were clean and spacious! We had a junior suite, plenty of room for the family.

Parking was an issue every time we came back to the hotel. The pool area is not well kept at all, the water looked dirty/cloudy, and the surrounding area was full of hair and debris. We had double beds and found one of the elastic sheet had blood on it, absolutely disgusting. We not stay here again.

Great location, very close to the metro and dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby had great hot coffee options in the morning. The pool and hot tub were just enough after a long day of site seeing. We never felt unsafe, the hotel had key card access for elevators and front doors. Walkable to a mcdonalds for morning breakfast with the kids

The hotel was overbooked so I was not able to stay in the room I reserved. I was told I would be able to move to the room on reservation the next night. That morning, I confirmed again with the employees that I would have the room I reserved and they stated yes there will be a room available. That afternoon, I went to get an update only to be told the room was not available and wouldn’t be available for the term of my reservation. I checked out and went to another hotel. While the staff were very nice, it seems as if it is normal practice for this hotel to be over booked and provide false updates.

The valets were very friendly and helpful. Let us go to our car to get some things out. Desk crew welcoming. There were some loud voices socializing late at night but I couldn’t tell if they were from hotel or across the courtyard which looked like condos or apartments attached to our building.

The hotel was sold out and we had to wait an inordinate amount of time to check it because of problems with rooms of two parties ahead of us. Valet parking attendants were friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly. The property was clean. It was an average Hilton hotel that worked for us. There were a few downsides: (1). At 8am each morning someone came to the door and knocked! On the third night I literally had to open the door as ask them not to do that again! (2) .The cleaners knocked at 9am to clean the room while we were still asleep, we left at 11am to tour and came back at 4pm AND they hadn't touched the room after wanting to get in so early. Then they asked if they could come in at 4:30pm so we turned them down. This was so strange. (3). Last, the hot tub was VERY luke warm...definitely not hot and the jets as well as temperature button didn't work. We gave up after 15 mins. All in all, the hotel is 15 - 20 mins uber away from the National Mall, The US Capitol and the White House so DC was fun.

False advertising. I reserved a king bed for my wife and I and got two small queen beds instead. The hotel area blamed the third party app used to reserve it. I am going to request a refund because I would have never reserved if king bed was not available.
