The staff was very friendly and they were also helpful. We did have a few issues with our room (broken ac, tv remote out of battery, no shampoo in our bathroom) and while I appreciate that they helped take care of those problems, I feel they are problems that should have been taken care of prior to us checking in to the room. We came on a busy holiday weekend so it’s expected that the hotel and roof top bar were busy, but we could hear the party from two floors down every night. If we knew it was going to be that loud we would have requested a room on a lower floor or just would have stayed at another hotel.
