Motel rooms are a good size, very clean but dated. Front reception was Michael, a great guy and helpful. Great view of the mountains outside of the rooms at the bottom end. I didn't like someone's rubbish in the bin inside my room. Didn't like the small half glass cut open in the bathroom which allowed cold air in. Air con worked perfectly on heat. Bed was hard for me. Bathroom immaculately clean. In the end of the day the price is right.

Always 5-stars for the Alexander. Mike and Mrs Mike are very welcoming and nothing is a drama. Rooms are always clean and we love the views from the outside table/chairs (evening wine and snackies, while watching the variety of birds). We have been staying here for around 8 years and intend to keep on returning
