"Pro: great housekeeping team. Room is spot clean. Best location for everything you need to do in town. Con: while checking in the receptionist was trying hard sell us higher category room instead of check us in. We didn’t book breakfast with room and he was trying to sell us discounted breakfast price at the reception “on spot only price “and we been told you won’t get the same price as walk in to the restaurant on any day we like. For such historical and labeled as high end hotel somehow make us feel this kind of pushy behavior is “cheap “."
