Rotete forklaring på hvor rommet lå til. Jeg måtte være tydelig med personalet om at de fikk vise vei etter 3 forsøk så kom han og hjalp til, skulle være helt unødvendig. I tillegg ba vi vaskerne om å vaske og de svarte ja men gjorde det ikke.

Wszystko dokładnie jak na zdjęciach, nieco ciasno, ale w porządku, jednak podłoga była brudna (paprochy, kurz?), a w łazience przez całe dwa dni brzydko pachniało (środki dezynfekujące, syfon?). Polecam, bo w samym centrum i dodatkowe życzenia zostały spełnione, ale najpierw obsługa musi coś ogarnąć pod kątem czystości.

La reception è distante dalla camera al 4 piano di un edificio orribile, il personale non ti accompagna e perdi molto tempo a trovarla. Nella stanza non c è nemmeno un armadio. Si tratta di fatto di un only bed mal servito.

Na Chmielnej w salonie nie jest skonfigurowany telewizor oraz nie działa komputer, warto aby informatyk na to spojrzał. Kubki wymagają doczyszczenia. Sposób meldowania pod innym adresem nie jest komfortowy, może warto pomyśleć o kluczu elektronicznym i kodzie do wejścia przesyłanym sms-em.

La habitación no se correspondia con lo contratato. El personal no nos dió solución alguna. No nos cambiaron las toallas de la duchoa en los cuatro dias y no atendieron la reclamación sobre esto. Pasaron de todo, como ya estaba pagado no les preocupó lo mas minimo nuestras reclamaciones.La habitación no tiene ningún mueble en el que se pueda colocar las prendas de nuestro equipage, a excepción de un mueble cajonero con cinco cajones de 30x40 com. PENOSO.

Bad smell in the room. Great location!

1) The double bed was terrible. You need to update the beds, because mine was so soft I was dropping down in the middle of it. Had to lay really close to the edge to be able to lay straight. 2) There was an awful smell in my room from cigarettes, either from somebody smoking in one of the other rooms, or from people who have smoked in the room earlier. I am quite sensitive to this smell (old, obnoxious cigarette-smell), and it is making me feel unwell. If people are smoking in the guest house, is there any way you could please let them know that it’s NOT okay? I know there are signs hanging everywhere. Sigh. I would open the window more, but it’s just too noisy and the smell from the french fries downstairs isn't actualle helping. I’m so sorry. I don’t want to be that person that complains, but maybe there is a way to do something about this? The last time I stayed here, four years ago, it was great. So sorry to see this place lose its elegant charm.

Extremely difficult to locate, bed was lumpy and squeaked everytime you moved, tiny space, not as it was portrayed in the advert! Other guests were very noisy I’ll hours in the morning. Would certainly NOT recommend

Ich war in Warschau mit einer Gruppe von Arbeitskollegen für ein Wochenende. Die Nächte waren ein schwacher Punkt, da das Hotel mitte im nächtlichen Geschehen der Stadt liegt, daher sind die Zimmer, die auf die Straße schauen (alle bis auf eins), sehr laut - auch wegen der einfachen Verglasung der Fenster und der nicht regulierbaren und also immer warmen Heizkörper. Zum Glück konnte ich in der zweiten Nacht das Zimmer wechseln, so gings ein wenig besser. Das Zimmer war zwar immer zu warm, aber man konnte das Fenster offen lassen und mit Ohrstöpseln ein paar Stunden schlafen.

Good Downtown location

Reception in another location under a different name and had to ask local people to phone and ask where is the reception. Had to take my luggage to 3rd floor to get the key then walk to the hotel. When I suggested to change the sign of the hotel I was told that was fine the way it was. The Expedia quality control agent which I meet on the street also couldn't find the place and we looked to find the reception together. There were drunk local people making noise all night and when I complained at 3 am was told by receptionist this was fine as they were local artist. Never again despite the nice location. Price was ok but wish I stayed somewere else as I had to board my plane without any sleep

Niewygodne jest, że recepcja (zameldowanie) jest 200 m od samego noclegu. Brak własnej łazienki w pokoju (jest wspólna). Wszystko było wcześniej podane i wiadome, ale i tak można by oczekiwać lepszego standardu. Poza tym OK.

Absolute worst hotel experience in my entire life.

I didn't make it that far. The people on the other line were so unbelievably rude. The first person I spoke to spoke english and was very polite but when I got lost and called back someone with else little to no English speaking ability did not understand me when I was trying to ask for directions. I asked her to please let me speak to the person that speaks english. In a strong accent she said with an attitude that no-one speaks English, then hung up in my face. When I tried to call back she immediately hung up on me again. Such and horrible horrible person and quite frankly she needs to be terminated from working there. I ended up cancelling and hotels.com provided me with other accommodations. All I can say is stay away! You're better off paying a minimal extra for 10 times better service.

Ok Hotel in good area

The Hotel is situated in a very Nice area with a lot of restaurants. The receptions desk is in a hostel next Doors and we could store The luggage there since we arrived to early for check in. Niether The reception or The guest house has an elevator, so we had to carry The bags a couple of stairs up and down... But it was ok for us. The place was Nice and clean, totally sufficient.
