"This was incredible on many levels. The service is stellar and there’s so many perks. The washing machine was wonderful. Having a refrigerator was great. The espresso machine was lovely and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very, very comfortable and there is so much light coming into the apartment. "One of the worst experiences unfortunately due to poor instructions and thanks to the property manager Taisia, who spoke to me like I am an idiot when she had to go downstairs and open the door to the office building that other reviewers and HERSELF also confirmed that it gets jammed and she often has to ride 7 flights in the elevator to open it for guests, must be very hard. Also as a ukrainian I dont speak russian and please dont assume this is our first language, that assumption from her...
