"The location is great, however
- No AC
- The Towels had other people's hair still on them, that was immediately disgusting
- The washing machine was broken
- The 24/7 customer service was not available
- The WiFi didn't reach the room"

"The room was nice enough with a great location and therefore good value for money overall especially for a quick one night stay. We had issues with the self check in, the apartment is quite noisy from the other rooms and the WiFi didn’t really work."
