"Property was cleaned and well maintained, golf driving range was nice. There were no amenities available to book, the pool was over crowded and the entire tower was down to 1 elevator. Overall, a good experience but would suggest a non-holiday weekend to visit."

A few highlights: - Easy drive to the warm springs - The room (The Loft) was comfortable and charming - Delicious breakfast delivered to the room. "There was quite a bit of hair in the tub around the drain when we first checked in. It was kind of icky to see that. The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops."
