"Breakfast was excellent, dinner however is a different kettle of fish. To charge £4.00 for 5 onion rings was actually a rip off. Over the two dinners we had in the hotel service was inadequate. Bringing out two dishes separately because one meal wasn’t ready. I’m expecting decent service and pulling the staff off the reception desk to run the and wait table is unprofessional and rediculous."

"We had a great Family room that has been refurbished, with a view of the pier/prom. Loads of space and really nicely decorated.
Breakfast was good, with loads of choice at the buffet.
If I had any criticism, it would only be that hotel bathroom designers hate people over 6ft"

Staff are really great. We had a problem that was immediately resolved. "

"We stayed for one night. Plenty of parking spaces. The location is on the outskirts but you can walk into Weymouth town centre or catch a bus from just outside.
The room was clean, comfortable and looked to have been recently redecorated. We didn’t use the health facilities, but there was a nice bar area and drinks were reasonably priced.
Breakfast was buffet-style with a good selection of hot and cold food."

"Staff are efficient but not particularly warm/friendly. The rooms are decent, but this is the second room where I have had no TV signal at all! Luckily not a lot worth watching but would be cost better from a Hampton. I think going to a premier inn plus room now gives more facilities than a Hilton nowadays. "
