"They charge you $75 for early check in. We were there for 5 nights. The house keeping personnel did the minimal. No vacuuming, sink wasn’t cleaned, mirrors and tub not cleaned. Very disappointed"

"The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which make it easier for my partner and I to have some flexibility in our travel plans. The room was very clean and perfect for us, since we did not need a large room. The surrounding area was safe and had lots of restaurants. Many attractions were walkable. The silver line and subway were next to the hotel. We would stay here again."

"We booked waterfront premium hotel room and stay at Boston Warf Hotel for special family occasion on April 28 and 29th, 2026. We were provided a room which was next to internal hotel room under construction with heavy noise. The front desk and my complaint to the GM went with no corrective measures, rather they applied intimidation tactics and asked us to vacate the premises the next morning within 1.5hrs of our complaining. "bathrooms were cleaned regularly, loved the private toilet, shower, sink set up. loved getting water and ice easily. room small as expected but very comfy bed, slept great.
