"I've stayed t the Covered Bridge a few years ago and had a good experience -- but it seems to be in a downward spiral now. There were multiple spots of Black Mold on the bathroom ceiling and cockroaches running around in the bathroom. There was one stained and worn chair in the room and two damaged lamps. It seems like much or most of the Covered Wagon's current business is providing shelter to unhoused individuals. This is not a problem in and of itself if they maintained the facility in a...

"The pool was not available and that was why we chose the spot. Guests in the room next door talked loudly until midnight…"

"Smoke alarm randomly started beeping at 5am until around 6:15 got not apparent reason. I walked into main office to find nobody there I decided to pick customer phone at counter but got no response... Later at checkout counter assistant claimed that I never responded to his phone answer.... I'm deeply not satisfied."

"Other than the night paving project taking place outside the hotel, the stay was okay. The hotel is not responsible for the timing of the project, but it might be mindful to assign rooms furthest from the main drag."

"This was a hidden gem. It was so clean and quiet. Definitely a place for peace and quiet. Rooms were super clean and the attention to detail was amazing. Will definitely be back."

"The room had a noticeable odor upon entering. Not sure what is was-the building is old so could have been from that. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. The air conditioner was really loud, but it did keep out the traffic noise. Bed was comfortable."
