"Property still has the original charm, but the overall maintenance of the vineyard was poor. Change of management since the retirement of the original owners. The vines are dead, the lotus in the pond were all dead and the greens around the verendah were overgrown."

"The property is isolated & far from the shops but very relaxed. We came from a wedding event & drove back in the dark thru the winding road but it was a pleasant drive. You are in the heart of nature. Plenty of walking tracks. There's a water fall nearby. The Dandenong Botanical Garden is also close by (drive). We'll be coming back to this property time & again. We walked to the local pub for dinner and had an awesome breakfast with our voucher from our stay. "All cottages have been upgraded with new kitchen and re-tiled bathrooms. Excellent addition you find on arrival is salt, pepper, olive oil, glad wrap and foil in the kitchen draws. An excellent tranquil location with Kangaroos at you doorstep and located less than an hour from Melbourne. "
