"The location was excellent. The in hotel amenities and nearby dining were all terrific! The hotel desk staff accommodated us with an early check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Check out was quick and easy."

"We had booked a suite and there was three of us . The mini bar was empty there was no bedding or towels for our other guest . We did get them after asking . The hotel has reduced what it offers guests in the executive lounge and allows children . There was no extra America in the bathroom . Mini bar was empty . There was no record player or guitar in our suite and the view was and external view . So overall not worth it anymore "

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"

"The hotel is super convenient when flying in and out of Heathrow as it’s within terminal 4 and you an easily get from/to terminal 2 or 3 taking the underground. Not sure about terminal 5 as I wasn’t flying out of that terminal. There was a nice breakfast buffet and the room was perfectly fine. It’s not fancy, but there are other more expensive hotel options but I found this worked well for the very short time we were at the hotel. "
