"Very helpful and polite staff Very clean Breakfasts were really good, the service was amazing. The smell of Gardenia/Jasmin was too strong in the foyer and elevator Room Very clean and comfortable I didn't like the bar code for dining in, half the time it didn't work. The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed. The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them. I almost slipped out...

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"My friends and I stayed at point A for a concert at the O2, and I’m very glad we booked here. The staff were lovely, the facilities and room was clean and comfy. The rooms are small but they are good and nil issues. The hotel is located within walking distance of Canary Wharf underground and near restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in future if needed."
