"Outstanding Hospitality! As soon as we arrived at the Royal Horseguards Hotel we were warmly greeted by the doorman Mr. Pervez. Mr. Pervez along with the desk staff treated us like royalty. The smell of Gardenia/Jasmin was too strong in the foyer and elevator Room Very clean and comfortable I didn't like the bar code for dining in, half the time it didn't work. The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed. The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them. I almost slipped out...

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."
