"This is a bare-bones pod hotel, just as advertised. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, but lacking in general amenities, such as a nightstand, a television or even a hairdryer. Our room did not have a window, but the bathroom was a good size and, overall, it met our needs. It’s very dark inside, but the ambient conditions were such that it allowed us to have a good nights sleep without street noise, etc. I would liken this hotel to a discount airline, intent on nailing guests for every little...

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff in a superb location. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a bit of a faulty towers feel to the place while we were there with fire alarms going off for hours, elevators not working and bars closing at random times. Still, would highly recommend staying here !"

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great. The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions. The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out. After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to...

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. They had many freshly squeezed juices, flavored water, drip coffee or served espresso directly from their bar. The service of the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful.
