"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff in a superb location. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a bit of a faulty towers feel to the place while we were there with fire alarms going off for hours, elevators not working and bars closing at random times. Still, would highly recommend staying here !"

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. They had many freshly squeezed juices, flavored water, drip coffee or served espresso directly from their bar. The service of the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. We loved our corner...

"It's a very customer specific model. I'll never stay there again, but for some people for a few days (or maybe TWO days, max) it could work very well. Location can't be beat for culture vultures."

"The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable although very small. The food, unfortunately, is very mediocre although priced as if it was excellent. The continental breakfast buffet is the worst I've seen in a hotel of this category. The croissants were fresh and good but there were hardly any choices and...
