"The surroundings are beautiful. There are a few areas that need a little TLC including in the room I stayed in. I will say my room was immaculately clean with fresh linen and towels. Rose on reception was brilliant, instead of pointing me to my room she took the time to show me the way. The food in restaurant is excellent, 10/10 to the chefs. There are symbols next to food items on menu which I didn't know meaning of, maybe a key chart would be beneficial. Kayla behind the bar was attentive and...

"No problems with stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the room had carpeted floors; my preference is tile or laminate because you can't clean a carpet as well as a tile or laminate floor. Also, the bathroom door was made of opaque glass so there's less privacy than with a wood door. Other than that, the staff were great and hotel is in a good location that made walking to the local attractions very easy. The hotel is also very close to a London Underground station."
