"Rooms arre clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. There was a lot of confusion around our booking. No early check in available so if you are flying internationally you CAN NOT check in until 4 pm. It was hard to get our room cleaned. We had to ask twice to have it done even when we left the please clean room on our door. They are also in the middle of a major renovation. No air conditioning and very hot and stuffy rooms."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are spotless. The pods are clean and spacious considering theyre pods. Rated the cleanliness 4/5 only because if you move the mattress in the pods to make your bed then you'll see that under the mattress needs some attention. Good selection of snacks and drinks (both alcoholic and soft drinks) in the vending machines in the common area on the ground floor. Coffee is good also from the machines.
