"I wasn’t under the impression that there is so much renovation going on at the hotel. The first impression as you walk into reception was bar concrete floors and uneven. I was sporting a fractured elbow with having to wear a sling, with the floors under reservation it didn’t feel safe. "We picked this hotel because it was close to the Farrington Tube station.. Perfect location for exploring the city and then returning to this quiet hotel.. then direct train to Heathrow. Many restaurants tucked away near by ..you have to look for them , We had dinner at the Hope twice .. 20 minute walk to the Thames.. air conditioning could be stronger but good for the UK .. "Great staff, clean room! No fridge in the room which was slightly inconvenient. Aircon was good, room was small but fine for the evening as we were out at a concert. Window was large (added extra cost) Walls however were thin so could hear disturbance in the night/morning. But overall very pleasant and would use again for a concert or a night out. As price we paid was great for location!"
