"The surroundings are beautiful. There are a few areas that need a little TLC including in the room I stayed in. I will say my room was immaculately clean with fresh linen and towels. Rose on reception was brilliant, instead of pointing me to my room she took the time to show me the way. The food in restaurant is excellent, 10/10 to the chefs. "This property is very tired and in need a full refurbishment. The rooms are small, and the bed (sold as a double), is 3/4 double at best. Positives, great location in relation to Enfield town and train station, the key code entry worked well, with the information / instruction sent in advanced and was well communicated."

"I booked the hotel for 1 night. When i arrived at the hotel it was completely nasty. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom had hair in it, the beds had orange spots with hair on them. I didnt stay for the night i instantly booked a new hotel, the travelodge it was amazing! I expect a full refund on that hotel i couldn‘t even stay for the night. Horrible experience.."

"Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."

"On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart.
