Hotel Dekat Walter Where House - Phoenix

"This is not an actual hotel. It;s very misleading. Not happy."

"Nice hotel and location. Needs a little updating."

"Staff was very helpful."

"Very private and peacefully quiet!"

"Nice facility, very cute and clean. Not super helpful staff, kept me waiting a long time at the window despite 4 employees right behind it, feet away. Worse, staff (and friends?) sat in the courtyard talking loudly and shrieking with laughter at 1 in the morning, loud enough to wake me up."

"The Denu was only open for three weeks when I checked in. The room was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. A plus was the Nespresso coffee machine in the room with a small refrigerator. Not much of a view because it is downtown surrounded by buildings. The rooftop pool was small but nice and the loungers were comfortable. There was a rooftop bar with nice drinks and small bites as well as seating with several fire pits. The main dining area also had a nice bar and the food is delicious....

"Very helpful and friendly staff all around"

"The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!"

"I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back."
