"Rooms are anove the public house. The locatio is within walking distance of most amenities. My 1st floor room had no nets or blinds but did had cutains at the window, this was an issue for me as you were over looked by balconies of properties on the other side of the road and with a bus stop people on the top deck could look straight in. "

"Was handy for location , bit unhappy when paying for breakfast there are choices on there . Didn’t get asked and had to have what was served ( fried egg.. I asked for poached eggs ) "

"The hotel is beautiful with excellent staff members who can't do enough for you. The restaurant food is lovely and the breakfast included is such good value for money. Everyone was very happy on the business trip. One only issue is the guest Wifi is quite weak from the upstairs rooms so had to come to the bar to do some work. Thank you Himley House for an amazing stay!!"

"It is a 'quirky' older hotel with some nice features. Our room was decorated with purple wallpaper covered with pink hearts and had a plastic flower covered swing in the middle of the room. The bed was very high and quite hard to get in or out of. A small stool would have been useful. Some of the other rooms appeared to be very small. On the plus side the building is old (how many centuries?) with lots of character. The food in the pub was excellent - both the included breakfast and the optional...
