Room was amazing and clean. They even made the beds, cleaned the bathroom and gave us fresh towels, which no hotel has done since covid. Our friends stayed in a different hotel nearby, paid quite a bit more, and it was dirty and uncomfortable. I'd stay here again!

Ocean Promenade Hotel
The hotel is under renovations...which was not mentioned...yet still charging for "secured parking" which wasn't...gate was open the entire time. Room was clean and comfortable but very loud next to the train tracks. Really disappointing stay.

Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel
The front desk clerk told me that parking was $15 per night, when the website didn't say anything about it. Scratched furniture. Cracked bathroom sink. Spotted door. Dirty tile grout.
