"The view is the best! Beach is beautiful. Rooms are clean however the rooms need some maintenance done. Holes in doors and curtain rods almost falling down . Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Fans on high all the time and turn on and off every 10 min. Had to turn off at night . The staff are very helpful and courteous. We will return again"

"The room we received was extremely small amnd the beach didn't have a clear path to get to it. Oh well its a middle class hamptons experience so it was worth it. I would stay there again, if I can't find anything better for 100 dollars more per night. I would pay 100 dollars more per night for a better room at a slighthly nicer venue, but not more than that."

"Very peaceful. See the ocean from the deck, Sauna is clean. Only AC was too loud & Shower water pressure was low. Uber to get around was expensive."

"Easy access to the beach. Perfect weather. Nicely furnished and updated rooms and bathrooms. The gym is tiny- not much equipment. The location is perfect for Montauk and Amagansett. The staff were very nice and hard working."
