What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"Great location, close to a lot of things including Central Park, rooftop restaurant and pool is pretty underrated in comparison to most places in the city. Love that they had lots of app versions for the tv and even casting was available. It’s a little thing that still a lot of hotels don’t offer."

"Beware when they state dog friendly oh yes when you check in they will hit you with $125.00 non refundable fee if you bring a pet. Also one more thing parking is down the street $68.00 plus tax and if you have an SUV the parking company will charge an extra 20.00 for large vehicle. Total rip off. And if you want breakfast get downstairs early . Cause there is to many damn people to enjoy your peace and breakfast. Also to the hotel property , room 1105 drain was clogging when trying to take a...

"I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only problem was that I had no HOT water. It was barely tepid. However, the hotel gave me a $45 credit because of this problem. The bed was glorious: silky smooth sheets and firm mattress. The room was large and pretty. The hotel is attached to Grand Central Station so you don't even have to exit/enter through 42nd street should it rain or snow. Also, the $15 toward breakfast in their market was much appreciated. Were it not for the water problem...
