"Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. I had requested no dairy for breakfast and my omelette had cheese in it. My sisters room was on the first floor which was next to the breakfast/eating area. She...

"The hotel is obviously a low cost hotel, but it is in dire need of updating. Hallway carpets were pretty gross looking and the room didn’t even have a closet (it had a door for a closet, but only a pipe inside the door with nothing to hang clothes on). Lights would flicker and come on slowly when you’d turn the switch on. The AC worked but not very well. But it’s quiet and cheap, sufficed for a quick overnight stay for a wedding."

"Bed was too small smaller then frame has a 100 dollar deposit that they don’t mention when booked front staff was unhelpful barley has put let’s. Vending machine drinks were HOT."

"My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

"Don't miss this lodge hidden in the green hillside near Sturbridge. Nice quiet location, and a neat 2nd storey veranda in Bldg 2 one can access from the upper lot to slow and and chill out. Very reasonable, and fairly priced Thank you."

"Rooms were not very clean, there were holes in the walls and AC didn’t work. However the staff were very friendly and helpful about trying to get us a refund. The staff was the only positive thing about the facility. I’m sure they had to deal with so much negativity since AC was out but they maintained a positive attitude."
