"When you walk in the scent is really bad. This hotel is pet friendly but the order should be under control where pet owners dogs should be bathed before bringing them. You can't eat breakfast with it smells. My guest had to buy air freshener to spray hallway and room. My guest needed to rest. Sheets were pulled off bed and purchased their own from Walmart on hwy 153. Overall, I will not put my guest there to stay. Not a lot of parking space. "Everything was pretty nice but I was bummed to see there was no soap provided in the room. There is the bodywash in the shower but id also like a bar wrapped and available for me to use at the sink area. Also my door would close but the bottom half of the frame left a bit of a sliver to the outside which I think made the sound from the pool area even louder, so better sealing on the doors would be great. "Great place other than understanding of accessibility rooms. Booked a specific type of room with bathroom bars for my spouse who has limited mobility due to Parkinson's. Online pictures were what was used to pick a room and a hotel. At check in we were told they had put us in a regular room. Staff at check in apparently did not have training on disability needs. "We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled .
