"It’s an amazing place to stay in Frankfurt. It’s close to the train station and to the Old Town. The room is impeccable! You have a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. It feels like home. We had a small hiccup- somehow didn’t receive an email with an electronic key to the room, we called the number, which was provided on the door and in 10 minutes the key was delivered in person to us. Note: only challenge was that we were partially checked in when the desk rep asked us to step into the ? Club to the side where we sat in their hallway with our two bags and hand luggage for over 1/2 hour. When we decided to return and ask the desk for a room, being partially checked in, that rep was no longer at the desk, so we had to start all over. Should we have said we were elderly in our online reserving of a room? Fortunately as we left the next day two men were there to help direct us back out to the airport side, and one continued with us the entire way to our airline check-in."
