The front desk staff and waiters were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. "The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips.
One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. Although it is clean, it is really outdated.

- lot's of parking / garage and front of hotel
- friendly stuff
BAD:
- if you like a coffee after breakfast the charges are extremely high (you get it from the same machine where you get your morning coffee for free)
- charges in general for drinks are very high
- they don't take American Express "
